Wilson's Beard upgrade

Allow Wilson to rub an icker jar to his beard, to prevent spoilage entirely of the food items in it.

Pros:

• Wilson really needs more small things like this
• Gives him something useful, unique, and not really OP for the point of the game.

Cons:

• It's a late game perk
• Requires the "beard hair storage" perk
• If you die or shave your beard, you'd need to wait for the beard to grow again and re-apply one icker jar.

Wilson deserves a rework on his skill tree and there are a lot of good ideas about beard perks. 

The one that I prefer related with your idea is a new item, a Comb made with a Blue Gem wich can use to reset to 0 the insulation of the beard and reduces 50% spoil of food for some minutes.

I believe Wilson can have a refresh in his skill tree.

It needs an effect for those without beard perk. Maybe it also pauses beard growth until it's cleaned off or you die?
