100% Achievement run now impossible?

Please correct me if I am being silly. But it appears to me, you can't get a 100% achievement run if you have both Prehistoric and frosty planet DLCs. The DLC specific achievement POIs only spawn if you choose that planet as your starting planet? 

If there is a way to, please let me know, it tickles my brain to pursue that goal.

No. You get 100%. It doesn't matter which DLC is active, the achievements are asteroid specific. So if it's not Ceres or Relica you will have no "extra" achievement.

All achievements will appear on Ceres-type maps with all DLC enabled...

 

...however, as of now, the Demolior and related POIs only spawn on Relica.

So in a long round about way, my impression is correct, If you start on the Ceres asteroid with all DLCs enabled, you will be unable to complete the "Blast Line of Defense" achievement, therefore locking out 100%, and currently, (possibly in error) it still populates as a possible achievement even though not physically possible.

If you start on the Relica planet, you will be unable to complete "Full Steam Ahead", though it does appear to remove the achievement in the tracker as it recognizes it is not possible. So you could still reach 100%, but a hollow 100% as it is technically not all of the achievements in steam. 

Kind of Bummer! but makes sense if they take away the "Blast line of defense" popping up in error. I was just kind of hoping in my heart of hearts to be able to do it all, the modern woman!

More importantly you want to have care packages active. There are in SO certain critters you can't get depending on which content pack start you choose.

There are recipes for intracosmic blastshot that don't require Relica-specfic resources, and the recipes can use materials that don't spawn at all on Relica - there's no reason for that if intracosmic blastshot is only going to be used on Relica maps. 

But, if the devs aren't able to get the "Blast Line of Defense" achievement working on the other maps, we might eventually get a mod for it; SGT_Imalas just came out with one to generate the geothermal heat pump on maps other than Ceres, which makes 100%-achievement runs possible on other maps.

Also, certain Ceres versions (I think Ceres Minor and Blasted Ceres, possibly the three Ceres moons too) have no saltvines, and those don't come in care packages, so no 100% achievements there unless you're using mods that make saltvines obtainable.
