Saving Incapacitated Dupes Should Have Same Priority A Stuck Sweeper

I saw something interesting when it came to a Sweeper unable to return to the dock when it comes to Dupes. A Dupe even during down or sleep time will instead pick up the Sweeper and move it closer to the dock.

Whatever this Sweeper code is, it needs to be given to incapacitated Dupes when it comes to being carried to the hospital bed. I've seen many Dupes being dropped for various other unimportant reasons being it: the work shift happens to end to loading a saved game while they are in mid-transfer*.

*That's when the game auto-saved.
