SPOM cooling, slush geysers for renewable clean water

Recommended Posts

2 help requests:

1: Tips on building a fairly precise cooling solution for a SPOM? The last time I tried, I massively overdid it. I want O2 between 20-30C so my oxygen will cool my base, but not freeze everything it comes into contact with.

I prefer to just cool the oxygen, not the whole SPOM - I keep my SPOM within limits by snaking the O2 through it to absorb heat in excess of ~80-100 degrees (I'm currently feeding my SPOM directly from a cool steam vent)

2: Ways to set up slush & salt slush geysers for long term renewable water without micro? I have one of each. Preferably without using a liquid tepidizer or metal refinery (eventually you run out of things to refine, at least for a while). In my experience, cooling loops tend to overwhelm power plants after a while, which would interrupt my supply of freshwater.
