Anim doesn't store the animation in a way where you can see it, just in a way for the game to see it. Find the SCML file that gets turned into the .zip you want in the Anim folder and open it with Spriter. It's most likely in a folder called Exported. Once you make the changes you want to the sprite inside of the SCML, save it, delete the old .zip, and run the game to compile it. 

At least, I think. Take everything I say with a grain of salt. I'm pretty new to modding.
