Fix officials please

Half the official servers are down and have been for over a week, and every time the current running official servers save the servers crash and either rollback to the start of the day or completely reset to day 1 making progress impossible.

Please send help

If you can't even afford decent servers what was the point of selling out to tencent?

The Xbox version of the game still does not have them, nor has it EVER had access to them, and I’m honestly not even certain if Nintendo Switch version has them.

If I had to take a wild guess it’s another one of those cases where Sony pays extra for exclusive modes or features. I use to be a Sony (ps1, ps2) fanboy, but man do I really hate Sony these days…

And when I asked Klei about why Xbox doesn’t have them There reason as to why Xbox doesn’t have them was so they didn’t have to pay to run additional servers.

(Probably because Sony refused to allow cross-platform play with Xbox)

But all that manages to tell me is that they could probably completely shutdown the PlayStation servers too and save more cash, cash that could be put towards idk doing a huge SW or Hamlet sized dlc for DST.

Not really? Video games get discontinued support, they drop game modes and features, and even completely delist the game entirely out of existence in this age of gaming.

So my point still firmly stands: If Klei can’t afford to occur the costs of servers for Xbox, getting rid of the ones on PS (that according to you don’t even work…?) wouldn’t be too far-fetched.

But why would they be updating and adding features to a game that isn't even supporting official servers? Honestly that's a bit of a joke if you ask me
