Making a dedicated server with shipwrecked mod and its addons

Recommended Posts

ive come at a stop. i do not understand what do i have to do in order for my worldgen to be changed to shipwrecked from island adventures mod and on top of that how do i make it so the other island adventures add-ons work with it? FYI i am completely unaware of what im doing but ive somehow been able to understand just enough to setup a normal dedicated server with mods and english isnt my first language. and i am not very knowledgeable about coding or what all the functions do either, although theres some obvious ones ofc. while im looking at the console, with what ive done so far it seems to not find the mods that ive already added by copy pasting them, with all their configs, even though its in both the master/cave shards in mydediserver folder. ive also setup the file that downloads mods from the workshop onto the server since that didnt work. it seemed to find some mods, download them, but then not download the worldgen mods. i am fairly certain all i am doing wrong is pasting the files in the wrong folders, could somebody please just add some images or explain where goes what? folders i am confused about - steam/steamapps/common/DSTDedicatedserver and steamcmd/steamapps/common/DSTDedicatedserver what is the difference? that the steam one is games base files that i should not change and steamcmd is for dedicated server? and in those same folders, mods/ugc mods, whats the difference between that? and in the ugc folder, since i have a working dedi server i have a folder with its name that has cave/master folder that each contain folder content/download/temp and an appworkshop file. what are the mods in the content folder, are those the ones i have subscribed to on steam? or the ones some save file or what? is temp a folder that is used once a server is running?  im so lost i dont even know what to ask i am sorry i have been at this grinding for like a week now and im so tired of it
