Quick question regarding haunting blueprints

Would there be any way to get a shadow manipulator blueprint through haunting? And what would I have to haunt?

I want to do a scienceless run as Wanda with a friend and wonder if there's any way I could access the alarming clock and backtrack watch without a shadow manipulator.

I have got it once from tumbleweeds.

I believe you can get a shadow manipulator blueprint from haunting, Technically blueprints from tier 1 magic tab can work

Ok. And are there ever blueprints for character specific things? Like the alarming clock. I assume not?
