Dear klei designers:

 I sincerely suggest that the Giants’ health can be adjusted. This adjustment can be based on the number of players, or some other things.

The time that single-player battles against giants is too long because some bosses have too much health. Repeating for almost 20 minutes, with few mistakes, is not easy for most people, and even a little boring for someone.

 

The image below shows the Settings of the Giants, where we can only adjust their quantity.

 

My recommendation is six choices for players, as the maximum number of people in a regular room is six. You can also use "less", "default", or "more". Or maybe you have a better idea.

My last post "Could the world difficulty setting have more impact?" was responded by several players. First of all, thank the forum players for their suggestions.More practice, more knowledge, more cooking, more equipment, and even setting "less damage"  will allow us to fight against the BOSSes better. I'm going to try to do that.

But I was hoping for a setting that would change the difficulty of the game more directly. The time that single-player's battles against giants is too long because some bosses have too much health. This is not just for myself, but also for new people who decide to play DST in the future so that they can have a better experience when they first play the game.

After all, although many people's learning ability and playtime is limited, they deserve better gaming experience, don't they?
