issues with coding. can't code, please help, why is it breaking

well i am trying to mod dr loboto from psychonauts into the game. i took a look at this guide 

. i managed to make all the sprites and i think i renamed it, but somehow. it just tells me its not compatible when i load the renamed one, i then tried to not rename anything so the character keeps it's original name but only changing the sprites. i cannot code , i know something must be fmessed up internally. please help :C i have no idea what i am doing and coding overwhelms me . some "versions" i loaded take forever to load
