Remote worker cannot tune up generators / microchip delivery requires skill

The new remote worker cannot tune up generators or work at the power control station.  Additionally it seems the errand of supplying the microchip actually requires the learned skill to deliver the microchip to the generator.  Auto sweepers, Flydo, Biobots, or even dupes without the skill can't even deliver the microchips to the generators.  This seems like a bug to me since the delivery shouldn't require any skill.

The remote worker also seems unable to operate the power control station.  It would seem both are operating errands within the scope of work that the remote working is supposed to be able to preform.  I also can't think of a better use case where you want to keep dupes out of inhospitable environment than inside a dirty brick or nuclear reactor.
