total changes that happend to wortox skill tree

Recommended Posts

new nice/naughty idle animation, its a cool little thing but in the end not anything mechanicaly

neutral skills workin for the locks....its....a niche i would say, a small one

and thats everything that happend with wortox as far i can remember.....so ahm....not alot or realy meaningfull and still alot of feedback that been givin still not addressed at all, like the knapsack ugh the knapsack...its bad so so bad

You probably don't remember because it hasn't been anything in months unfortunately. However, to add to what you have they took away Planar from the Knabsack, they re-nerfed self naughty Inclination (only lasted a week), gave us the ability to jump with heavy stuff and welp... Since November that's been about it.

I realy like the concept of naughty nice side but his skill tree is just bad for me it doesnt give anything creative. And yea every wortox post is ignored. I realy want rework of his skill tree beacuse right now thats preety underwhelming that character who have realy creative mechanics have so boring and bad skill tree

I think the Skilltree being designed well was confused as it being completed early on. The look of the Skilltree and the Inclinations ARE great but that doesn't take away from the amount of filler "nothing" skills the tree has. Then the Devs are like super focused on a Bugnet Knabsack when no one really cared about that. That suggestion was just things being throwed out to give the Knabsack something to make it better not a definitive need by the community.

The heavy item teleport was great, too!

Though I think it was mostly done so they didn't have to support soul hopping on a beefalo.

oh yea i forgot some things said above, but alsol...nice animation not even workin because of the tail....wich....is not good if the new idle cant even work because of a short tail

Despite it being completely irrelevant to gameplay it just shows that klei have higher priorities that making wortox idles work with all the skins he has. And their overall care for wortox related things.

I agree klei dont even slightly care about wortox and his players

I wouldnt go that far yet. We need to give klei a chance at least. If they dont do anything. I will atleast know to not have high hopes for klei products.

We also have confirmation that control changes are on the way. I've said it before, but it's pretty obvious his team was absorbed into Wendy's tree.

Bad strat, call out garbage.

Wortox's tree was by far the most complete and well received at the start of the beta, so comparing the total number of changes is kinda meaningless

Creating the most high concept skill tree means they don't care?

I don't appreciate being gaslit when there are dozens upon dozens of Wortox threads as well as a megathred that had all of them linked in it that got deleted.

I mean not really. The scales are an interesting idea, but until they made changes for the inclination it was poorly implemented. Even with that in mind, it's not free. If you want to avoid the nerf, you have to hold yourself back. The number of viable builds are directly impacted by this, making it the most limiting skill tree released to date

Still a lie, that keeps getting repeated.

The Naughty section, and Neutral, were completely screwed up at start of beta.

at the start sure...but now time passes it very well is not like at all, alsol i never compared it to anyone else

CONCEPT big word, its a concept, wich means its not real, and yes, again nothing big of what many have said before has been acknowleged

What about my comment was inaccurate? I didn't say the tree was complete and perfect, I said it was more complete than the others, which is obviously true based on the lack of brand new skills introduced later. I was there at the start of the beta, the feelings on the tree were generally positive.

I don't get the "obviously true because they didn't add anything" part. If Walter never got his scouting tree, and was still stuck with the Woby badges and mostly slingshot skill tree, would you be saying the same thing? By the same logic, is the Wendy skill tree completely perfect, because they even removed skills?

I don't remember people being generally positive on:

Requiring 5 100% filled soul jars for the knabsack to do max damage.

The Neutral talents all being worthless.

Pierce and Decoy doing tiny bits damage unless you had 5 100% filled soul jars.

Overflowing greed giving +2 soul cap per jar.

There's more I'm forgetting, I think.
