Klei is still listening to player feedback.

 

But... it feels like the suggestions they are listening to are all too "biased".

It seems like they are always avoiding the most expandable suggestions and only focusing on adding content like "lighters can be used to cook food" (just a metaphor, something that is neither particularly useful nor completely useless) for expansion. Meanwhile, they keep tweaking Wendy's damage output (the changes this time need some testing before a conclusion can be drawn) and further nerfing Abigail's survival capabilities (even though Wendy's damage has long been uncompetitive in Planar Entity situations).

 

In summary, I hope that Wendy can get some expansion updates at the level of parallel features like Woodie's, which goes from Beaver → Beaver、Moose、 Goose → Beaver、Moose、Goose、 Woodcraft、Tree Guardians.

Instead of something like Beard → Beard、Torch, which are dispensable expansions.

 

These dispensable contents have been covering up the lack of truly meaningful expansions all along.

I know many people think that Walter seems neglected. In my opinion, both Walter and Wendy need significant changes. If each update log just applies these "dispensable changes" of Wendy to Walter, Walter's suggesters would also realize that the significance of these updates has always been so minimal and would not feel truly cared for.
