Didin
The game Don't Starve Together, the developers strive to ensure that the world regenerates after any player actions, allowing mobs to come back to life even after complete genocide. For example, bees and honeycombs. In DST, collecting bees in an empty world has been significantly simplified with the introduction of Hermit Island, which features an indestructible beehive and honeycombs that drop after defeating the Bee Queen. The same applies to catcoons, which appear when clearing junk at the landfill. However, beefalo do not respawn after being completely wiped out, and they are essential for progressing in the game, as they are needed to carry parts of lunar altars or shadow chess pieces (even those will respawn, as tumbleweeds can drop trinkets in the form of chess pieces to obtain statue sketches). Additionally, beefalo are the only source of beefalo horns, the main ingredient for the beefalo hat. This issue is prevalent on public servers, where unscrupulous players exterminate all beefalo and leave unnoticed. When I learned about Wendy's ability to resurrect butterflies in the beta version, I thought that this skill could be used to revive some endangered mob species. Using resources dropped from beefalo, it would be possible to resurrect them, but only as a baby buffalo, to avoid simply converting resources into horns. A beefalo horn could also be used for resurrection, but in this case, another method of obtaining it would need to be added, such as from Klaus' sack. Additionally, new beefalo herds could be found by digging up tracks, similar to Volt Goats. Well-met
they're not essential at all. Carrying statues with characters is still a thing even if it takes longer.
