Antleer Chestpiece - Rework suggestion

Currently the Antleer Hide is very powerful, only requiring 50 objects broken to become fully immune to most instances of damage.

This could probably be given a cap around 40 objects to prevent this, but I think it having the stat bonus switched out for a new effect would both solve the power problem and also increase the use for it with other builds.

Id say giving it the healing efficiency trait would be the best option, keeping its defensive nature while still being useful and providing more synergy than its current effect.
Another alternative could be increasing the players maximum health for each break, sort of like a reverse version of Permanence.
