A immature idea about improve Soul Bastion/Reaching Souls

Well, ever since I saw this weird skill, I've been wondering, what exactly is the difference between heal twice and one bigger heal? In the last post, I suggested that some kind of gain based on the number of treatments could be given to make it meaningful. And recently, I've noticed that Reaching Souls II has the ability to change souls move speed. This is also a meaningless skill, but what if we could use it too?

 

That is: Added an ability that allows released soul keep follow Wortox, healing one by one.

  • This allows Wortox to carry a bunch of following souls, acting like a mobile Jellybean to heal and buff itself and nearby characters.
  • This has an interesting synergy with Soul Pierce and corresponds thematically to it - one that lets you release aggression from taking souls, and one that lets you release kindness when you release souls
  • Makes sense of the speed and healing twice.
  • Thematic alignment and potential synergies with Lifted Spirits
  • add a way to deal with excess souls for nice Wortox
