During the game, my processor and video card are poorly loaded, which leads to low FPS, I have a laptop with good components, which should allow me to play with high FPS, but in oxygen this is not the case, I think that the game has fpslock.

And I would like to know if this can be solved somehow?

Laptops are generally weak, especially on single core cpu performance.

graphics card doesnt matter for oni, you need good single core cpu performance + (ideally) large cache for good fps in this game.

 

either upgrade, play on pc and/or get the FastTrack mod

Using some mod to play smaller maps may also help quite a lot. It's not a vanilla experience. Resources are limited which may test your skills. But less tiles to simulate, fewer duplicants, plants and critters means less work for your CPU.

The minibase mod series, although finicky, was a great solution for many in this regard.
