Deconstruction staff should always give back 100% of resources on items with durability

This is a small gripe I have with this item, which is that structures and items that don't have traditional durability (e.g. ham bat) will always give back 100% of the resources used to make them, but for reason it was arbitrarily decided that the deconstruction staff should scale the resources given when it comes to items that have the normal durability mechanic (e.g. a 10% marble suit will give you back a single piece of marble when you deconstruct it instead of 6).

I personally don't understand why this is the case and I think it's singlehandedly the reason why nobody uses this item beyond keeping it at base for deconstructing bee queen crowns/moon caller's staves/duping resources. If this change was made, it would allow you for example to deconstruct your marble suit when it's at low durability and re-craft it on the spot just by carrying the staff with you, something that is currently impossible and pointless because 1. you'd have to be carrying 5 pieces of marble in your inventory already, so at that point just bring another marble suit 2. you'd only be getting a single piece of marble back anyway which isn't the worth 2/5 of a green gem; you'd be much better off just duping marble with those green gems at base instead. I think this change would encourage more creative and fun uses
