Deleted mods staying in-game

This week I got many mod crashes, mainly because somehow my server mods went into my client mods, activating themselves even when I never interacted with them. For example, this mod just got into into the client ones:

I went and deletes all the mods, and unsubscribed the one who crashed my game, however, when going to turn back the mods, this is what I saw (in the server mods list):

So basically, I can't play while having a "ghost" mod in my game, and seems that cleaning off the mods and reinstalling them (by the game) doesnt deletes the crashing one.
