The only reason I don't use this skill tree much is that it's often more efficient to just gather the resources you need the classic way. I don't actually measure time, but it just feels that way. They will not be similar in any mean in terms of gameplay and functionality with this tweak. Winona's global crafting speed serves other purposes.
