Rebalance of new powers

I think everyone who played the current beta will agree that the new powers are op, so I would like to propose some changes to some of them.

Time Is Teffra - Halve the amount of teffra obtained from enemies (10>20>30 - 5>10>15) and may extend the duration of the power from 15 seconds to 20, because on Super Frenzy it is really difficult to kill enemies during these 15 seconds.

Paying Dividens - Change the base level of this power from level 1 to level 2 and reduce the percentage of teffra received (7%>12%>15% - 5%>10%).

Coin Purse - Change the base level of this power from level 2 to level 3 (and of course change the classification of this power from blue to red).

Big City Hotshot - Increase the base level of this power from level 1 to level 2 and reduce the percentage of speed given (1%>2%>3% - 1%>2%). Additionally, the maximum speed limit that can be obtained from this power should be added (e.g. 200%).

I will also add that I hope that there is a plan to change the Perfect Pairing effect, because currently it is simply worse Iron Brew.

Its pretty good as is really. Nothing wrong with some extra basic stuff getting added into the pool.
