"Chipping" of buildings

The idea is that you can add chips and\modifiers to almost every building. To do this, each building will have a special slot, as, for example, in the case of a bionic duplicate.

Examples of chips and modifiers:

Manipulator Arm: 1 chip that increases the weight carried by the arm, and 2 chip that increases the throwing range of the manipulator arm. ** Automation Chip**: This chip adds an automation slot to buildings where it was not originally provided. For example, you can use it to connect a sweeper to a conveyor belt.

You will also be able to add both positive and negative effects to various buildings.
