Numerical Issue of Cursed Vexation

Cursed Vexation increases Wendy's physical damage multiplier from 0.75 to 0.75 * 1.3 * 1.6 = 1.56. Without Cursed Vexation, the physical damage multiplier is 0.75 * 1.1 * 1.4 = 1.16. It seems to have no effect on planar damage.

The 1.56 multiplier causes Dark Sword's damage to exceed 100, reaching 106. Does this value seem a bit too outrageous?

This potion becomes easy to mass-produce after the Rift, but it’s difficult to make before the Rift (especially on multiplayer servers). Its intended use seems to be against enemies with Planar Entity Defense after the Rift. However, it provides an extremely high boost to physical damage but no boost to planar damage. Planar Entity Defense means the potion's benefit against post-Rift bosses is rather limited, while it provides an excessively strong boost against pre-Rift bosses.

I think adjusting the physical damage multiplier to 0.75 * 1.2 * 1.5 = 1.35 might be more appropriate, and adding a boost to Wendy's planar damage could be considered. For example, when Wendy uses a melee weapon with planar damage, increase her planar damage by 5 or 10 points (the exact value is open to discussion).

For possessed varg above, what are the numbers with brightshade helm on?

The absurd numbers really explain for me why I killed fuelweaver so easy haha.

63 (without Abigail), 73 (with Abigail, no potion), 81 (with Abigail, cursed vexation).
This potion increases 8 points of damage.

Glad to see more people awared this issue. Yes the Cursed Vex has a weird design which is it seems like a post-rift item but only work effective for pre-rift. It should not be a thing like this.

Shadow Sisterhood III has already been fixed for same issue, it got planar damage buff in last patch. I think Shadow Sisterhood II should get similar fix to ensure its effect in endgame.

AFW was never a tough problem for Wendy tbh. And this is another side of how Wendy's tree broken from the beginning to now - Her tree always helps a lot on what she already good at, like Cursed Vex for pre-rift (Wendy was already strong for pre-rift without tree), like Bigspook for Bee Queen (or AFW, Dragonfly, whatever. Wendy was already easy mod for these boss without tree).

But Wendy's tree always lack of helps to what hard for Wendy (this was be better due to the Blessed Sisturn III from latest patch but unfortunately, the Sisturn III become debatable) and always lack of potential playstyles which means lack of fun.

Damage test of beefalo:

Ornery + War Saddle, Tree Guard
66 (Without Abigail), 101 (With Abigail), 137 (With Abigail and Cursed Vexation)

Ornery + Nightmare Saddle, Possessed Varg
55 (Without Abigail), 68 (With Abigail), 79 (With Abigail and Cursed Vexation)

Wendy's physical vulnerability is reduced by layers of dimensional resistance and dimensional weapons, and less than 20% is left, and the original combat logic of 1+1=3 of sister co-operation has not improved after opening the rift.
