make cure-all as a super potion， Please

Enable Spectral Cure All and Vigor Mortis to be used simultaneously

I like the suggestion a lot, as an alignment agnostic super potion is pretty important for pre rifts/unaligned imo, and continues the healing/potion exchange thats been the focus too.

It would probably need to be more expensive though, or could be a new tier 3 potion.

Also, canceling other elixirs, is pretty much cure-all's biggest weakness

To be fair, it will no longer be usable with Luminous Wrath or Cursed Vexation.

However, I think cure-all should cancel all potion effects and should not be usable with any potion. That's how big cure-all is weighted to Abigail.
