Gas Grass should behave more like Bonbon Trees in how they collect light

One of the nicest things about farming Bonbon Trees is that the 10k lux requirement is the limit for how efficiently they can produce, not the requirement. Gas Grass should behave in the same way, where lower light levels will result in reduced growth speed instead of completely stopping all growth for the plant. it would also be nice to have a hydroponic planter box to allow for multi-level farms without forcing dupes to hand deliver bottles of liquid chlorine.
