What they mean is that the most common suggestion is to reduce the effectiveness of Spectral-cure all, down to half of it's usual healing

I have other idea. Move the player tag to general petal decoration, move shadow sisterhood II to Dark petal decoration.

Then if you want high risk high reward, you become inaccessible for player tag.

If you want basic survival of Abi, you won't have the high reward.

Actually, a pretty good compromise. Players who want to kite are rewarded with drastically higher dps, while not making it inaccessible for people who havent beaten cc.
