Please give the perennial altar a bit of love.

I think between the new and future tune ups to skills, Wendys tree is in an almost perfext state, however, would it be possible to take a look at the Perrenial Altar? It is currently a slightly cheaper reskin of the Meat Effigy if I understand correctly, which is kind of underwhelming for a tier 3 skill, especially as all the other survivor revives have something unique.

Pretty much all of Wendys other skills look headed towards being great though, with only minor gripes.

Some suggestions I've seen:
1.Added the ability to collect drops to altars
2.It does not disappear after one use of the altar, but can be restored with mourning glory;
3.Add some faint light to the candle to make it more comfortable when you are resurrected in the dark

Add new one: You can resurrect other survivors or followers (beefalo, merms) near the altar by spending trinkets (which can be obtained by wind-rolling grass or digging graves). Beefalo needs more trinkets to maintain balance. I think this adds some fun to the resurrection mechanism! I like this idea.

I personally hope this could be rework since the revival ability seems started to become a very regular ability to every characters... This is a bit unsuitable for a survival game.I mean, we already have endless mode for sandbox enjoyer...

The translation is so bad, I'm not sure I understand what you mean. What does "that flower" mean? What does some number of trinkets mean?

tbh i feel like it needs more of a downside in order to not powercreep meat effigies too hard.... i already never see meat effigies actually get used. im not opposed to it getting an upside either, i just want both to be viable. maybe the perennial altar makes booster shots less effective or something so you have to use 2 instead of 1

I think the opposite is true, if you know how to find splumonkeys there's no real reason to get this skill as it stands

It sounds interesting enough that Wendy builds an altar and others can resurrect their followers here by paying for toys... But pip spook's trinkets will disappear after the task is completed, so you can only get them from wind rolling grass or digging graves.

 

Wait, are you just saying that followers or survivors can also be resurrected on the altar? At present, it seems that only Wendy herself can be resurrected from this altar.

my proposal is to have it work for followers only, ither of just Wendy or any follower that dies near when Wendy with this skill.

though ig it could work for players, every character could get a flower that fits them (WX's is literally a metal disc and wires for example).

imagine it wouldn't be very efficient as is (you revive at reduced stats), so perhaps for players they get revived with higher or even full stats?

I got the altar wrong. Anyone can be resurrected from the altar, like a meat statue.
If it only revives if the player or follower dies near the altar, I don't think that would be of much use，Because the arena is usually quite far from the base

That would synergise well with the flower crowns booster shot ability.

imo its much easier, especially for new players, to get mourning glories (and new players are likely to be playing wendy)
