Since Beta veen extended, please have a look at potions IV.

Wendy's potion skills have had a weird history in the beta. Initially, they were three skills that doubled the 1 day potion duration. Then, it was considered to be condensed to two tiers, with the third becoming the potion casket. 

In the end, strong brew was compressed to one skill, while a new potion and the casket became tiers 1 and 2. With the advent of flower crown synergy, these skills are fine, but the tier four skill needs work.

The skill adds a chance to produce double  potions when cragting, loosely based on a potion durability concept. This, in a vacuum, is fine - if not a little plain for a tier four skill. Theres just one issue. Pipspook quest 3 exists.

That skill doubles MG generation (equivalent effecy in potions), is usable with the new MG crafts, is 100% reliable, and is a tier 3 skill, not a tier 4. Sure potions IV can occassionally save a heart or dreadstone, but it is not worth a cost of insight. 

As I thought the beta was ending, and the skill was usable, I elected not to discuss it, opting for more critical skills to the tree, but with the beta extended, theres room to improve this skill.

Perhaps, instead of doubling potion yield, it could instead give some buffs to Abigail while under the effects of potions, such as increased light radius, or passively producing MG, thus recouping the cost of potions.

its a 42% chance for two potions and a 9% for three, gathering mourning glory is the worst part of playing wendy and i would take anything to have to go out for mourning glory less. you are more likely to produce more than 1 potion than not, so i'd much rather this perk stays as is.

Then just take the doubled mg reward from Pipspook Quest...

Its so much more efficient for mg. Sure you can stack them, but having two final tier skills just effectively boost mg efficiency is so boring. Its a problem sure, but it robs so much creative potential from the tree

it doesnt need to be creative if it solves the issue well
if you want to be creative then make wendy have more sources of mourning glory that are more passive, i think the perk is fine and it's a pretty powerful perk that fixes a pretty big issue with wendy

Except she already has a skill line dedicated to fixing thay exact issue, they dont need to co-opt another skill line into it.

hardly fixes it considering all the new crafts that require mourning glory... i'll take the current strong brew over any rework any day
per 10 potions you'd get 6 extra on average, that is an entire pipspook worth of mourning glories
sometimes perks dont really need to be creative, especially considering that the rest of her perks typically are

I imagine they dont want to do that for balance, as that would probably significantly increase Abbys strength, the super potions were a compromise so they were relevant post rift.

I have great plan if they'd implement two elixirs simultaneously, just take the affinity slot for the second elixir. Please dev! Let us do it, everyone could benefit from this. :wilson_angelic:

Ughhh that would be awful for insight builds. 4 insight for the potion would completely destroy build diversity if you want the potion.

Wendy's already the most insight intensive survivor, with many tier 1 filler skills and basically no standalone skills except for the flavour of vengeful ghost.
