I loved this one :3 it's like Woodie's transformation from a flying goose or or the bottles only on the ground, only better and faster. I really wish it had it, but the chances are low ;-;

We've actually done an overall pass on stunlock tuning against projectile attacks, which will go out with our next patch.  The goal is to minimize the frequency of creatures and bosses that get interrupted by every shot while they are just trying to walk.  (Spawned and DoT effects are still going to use the same rules as melee attacks for triggering hit stun though).  Ideally, this just shifts the skill cap.  After giving some proper time to get used to it we can still adjust this to be more or less, depending on how it feels.

I think preventing stunlocks is the BEST way to go about balancing the slingshot, it doesnt take away effectiveness, just makes it a bit harder to use which is welcomed, this also improves the value of the slowdown ammo! ive found myself not using slowdowns since stunning works well enough. despite things getting harder having an actual excuse to use my kit is wonderful i think.
