The new flower crown should go all in on utility.

Wendys new flower crown has a variety of effects with in and out of combat potential. This has led it to being in an awkward middle ground where none of the combat perks are worth giving up the headgear slot for beyond the earlygame As such, I think the combat orientated perks should be replaced to give the item strong roll compression. 

Firstly, the crown should give a sanity boost equal to, or greater than a garland. AFAIK, it currently  has no use without potions, and is in effect an upgraded garland.

Secondly, the following perks should be replaced with new effects:

Spectral cure all prevents/reduces  spoilage while equipped. Extends the crowns lifespan, and is useful for long journeys.

Unyeilding draught gives wetness protection for the duration.

Distilled vengeance prevents the effects of overheating temporarily, a powerful effect to justify its immense cost.

2.脱下后药效立即移除,我可以理解这样设计的意义,毕竟如果不需要装备就可以生效,那这个新帽子的作用是什么呢?但就目前的效果而言,实在不值得牺牲头部装备格换去那些微弱的药水效果。

3.新鲜度耐久,这样一顶无用的帽子即使是无耐久也不过分,就像启迪之冠一样,我很不喜欢一件装备慢慢由绿变黄变红。

1 and 2 are fair enough (I hope the loss of potion is a bug) but I object to point 3. Almost all flower based items in the game use freshness. Theres no reason this should be any different.

But it's made of mourning glories, which don't have freshness, i believe add petels to the ingredients will make it more reasonable

Instead of using elixirs for healing, I might as well use Blue Cap mushrooms or Pierogi, which heal faster, are more convenient, and easier to mass-produce;
Instead of using elixirs for night vision, I might as well use Moggles. Moggles can be put on and taken off at any time, and there is enough fuel in the ruins;
Instead of using elixirs for protection, I might as well use a Football Helmet. The latter offers more effective and powerful protection at a lower cost.

I am currently disappointed with the practical effects of this branch.

Sure, a keep like 7 inventory slots open for those items, and grind for a dozen different rarish items instead of a few common ones. Just like how willow can produce heat and light on command,  or basically every other survivor perk.

I’d welcome something like this. More utility is good. I think @Fitzee also proposed that Wendy’s flower crown should make full moon ghosts and Bigspooks neutral to non-Wendy players, which I thought was interesting.

One of the things I want for a lot of characters is a way to improve their work efficiency, since gathering materials (especially in the early game) can be a slog. It’s just a little wish though — I’m fine if characters mostly stick to their niches as long as they still have some good utility within that niche!

Moggles is expensive and annoying to craft in comparison.

Elixirs have no spoilage timer and heal more. They are less convenient to produce, but you're going to be making them anyway for Abigail.

Fair point about the football helmet if you're not using elixirs on Wendy.

更大的问题在于,其他的技能树引入了很多独一无二的机制,没有其他角色可以像Willow那样使用火焰魔法,即使是Wilson也可以合成转换很多东西,要么有趣要么实用。

但这顶由mourning glory制作的帽子有带来什么新花样吗?游戏内并不缺乏回血手段和夜视。即使将其视为前期装备,对比Woody的木杖又如何呢。

温蒂的新机制可能只有移动墓碑和死后可以攻击的鬼魂。但应该不会有人选择后者,完全可以视为凑数的无用技能。至于移动墓碑,确实会让人眼前一亮,但它绝不能是唯一的新内容,确实有趣也实用,但只达到了其他技能树的一半。

月灵阿比曾经有和Wolfgang一样纯粹的数值提升,尽管它并不是玩家所期待的,但现在这也被削弱了。

Night vision is most valuable in the Ruins, and materials for Moggles are readily available there.
Regardless of whether elixirs have a spoilage period, I always carry some food with me. This method of healing is much more relaxed.

In comparison for wurts weather protection and wormwood's heat protection all cost 1 skill point.

Getting so much utility for a single skill point is asking for too much.

Tbf... those are kinda some of the weakest skills from any tree. 

But also, this item costs a headgear slot and is quite resource intensive, so I think its ok to give the effects some strength. Maybe make it a tier 3 skill tho.
