Add an indicator for bow heavy attacks to make bullseyes easier

Sometimes lining up bullseyes can be hard to tell the right distance especially for different monsters, Adding some sort of reticle with where the arrow would actually land on the dot and in between the edge of the circle and the dot would be the bullseye
