Improve Sweep/Relocate Errand Management (UI)

Currently, Sweep and Relocate errands can only be reviewed by selecting the destination. Selecting an item/creature to be relocated does not show the associated errands.

This is especially annoying when trying to figure out why duplicants seem to be ignoring a certain sweep errand, because we first have to figure out which of the gazillion storage bins will be the destination for the sweep, before we can review the work errand status.

Please make it so that we can also review the errands by just selecting the items/creatures to be stored/relocated.

Bonus points if the UI change then also allows us to cancel the Relocate errand for only the item currently selected, while maintaining any other pending Relocate errands that happen to share the same destination.
