Catapult 2.0 Posted December 2, 2024 Share Posted December 2, 2024 When rift is opened, all characters have access to less expensive ranged weapons (Brightsshade staff, Gloomerang, and Howlizer) that have the attack speed and high damage of melee weapons, and some characters can even enhance these weapons (e.g. Wolfgang, Wigferd). If Walter's affinity rounds can't do much more damage than these weapons, then why would the player choose a slingshot? The upgraded scrappy magazine of enlightened shard should have a better effect than before the upgrade. It can only hold more rounds at the moment. The power-accumulating attack of the enlightened magazine should be greatly enhanced, from 2 times the damage before the enhancement to 2.5-4 times the damage, and it should also double the planar damage or add a fixed planar damage, otherwise it is not worth using planar ammunition to accumulate power. Brillance rounds: Greatly increasing the duration and damage of buffs would be very good. Brightshade rounds: Reworked the current effect, now completely copying Wormwood, which is perfunctory to players. Icker rounds: It's good now, please don't weaken it. Horror Rounds: We've got so many rounds about damage that it's boring. Adding more features to the present one, it works a lot like Nightmare Werepig's parasitic shadeling, maybe some inspiration can be found in this area (panic or reduce attack damage or the lower the sanity, the higher the damage?).
