Playing Walter how do you pass the time sleeping?

Walter just took a huge beating in caves and now must rest in the tent for 200 seconds to regain all his sanity. What do you normally do in that time? stare at the screen, perhaps watch youtube? Personally I like to think Walter would play pokemon on his 3DS while regaining his sanity in the tentroll because no way that active boy would sleep so much.
