errands not permitted

the errands tab is lacking in information given about why a job is not being done telling you twice "not permitted" really doesn't tell you anything.

here I'm trying to figure out why my dupes wont analyze a vent.

using my 1600 hours in the game i did end up figuring it out somehow i set all my res dupes to not research in the prio tab but newer players won't have that experience and would most likely fall into this situation more often.

this could have easily been eluded to by letting me know "job not permitted IN PRIORITYS" you have this for schedule but not for prio.

also, I would put in another message for if they can't reach it for say door permissions and if you really want to be ambitious be able to click the reason and have it bring you to the problem assuming it's a building and not just dupes not being able to reach by normal movement
