coming back to dst, some advice please?

so i stepped away "briefly" because corekeeper moved out of beta and had so much fun with it that i kinda didnt play anything else for three months outside of a short stink with the worm beta-branch x''D i just finished the last of the core-game bosses yesterday so i am back to playing other things and i wanted to know; did the worm spawning issues ever get sorted in caves and are the droprates back to normal? i play on pc if that helps. i want to get back into dst but i need to know if i should pick up the world where i am grinding guardian horns or if i should choose a different one for now. thanks in advance!
