Recent beta branch is TERRIBLE DAMAGE to Wendy's players.

Dark Petals I: 4 dark petals +mourning glory = 4 regular petals, which can find everywhere??? That makes no sense.

Dark Petals II: Abigail and Wendy are best sisters, Wendy loves her sister, how could Wendy wear clothes which made of dark petals and cause damage to her sister? This goes against the character's original intention, and meaningless in the battle.

This design makes people feel that the designer is very perfunctory and did not carefully consider and design Wendy's skill tree, only hurting the players who love Wendy deeply.

 

Here are some ideas for Wendy's Skill Tree:

1. Increase Abigail 's glowing range, which makes Wendy not feel lonely in darkness.

2. By wearing floral shroud, Wendy will share wounds with Abigail, or Wendy can transfer health to Abigail, this setting can satisfy Wendy's desire to protect her sister.

3. Canister for Elixir. Wigfrid do not need canister, but Wendy do.

 

We don't want Wendy to become the most powerful character in The Constant. We just hope Wendy can live happily and easily with her sister in The Constant. Finally, we hope Klei can seriously listen to the opinions of players, members of The Constant. We wish Klei better and be loved by more players.

Im probably going to become a Willow Main after these strange skill tree changes to Wendy.

Why? Because Willows Skill Tree turned into everything Wendy should be.. she can even cast “ambush” by setting things on fire at a safe distance away from it fleeing from her. Oh AND Bernie can’t be healed by me just stuffing my own face with Pierogi.

Yes, Aby cannot be healed quickly during the battle,  by this way battle will be more comfortable.

But this will cause Abi to suffer double damage when facing bosses with AOE skills.It means taht there's not enough time to cure Abi.

We can share 50% or less wound between Wendy and Aby. The design for Wendy is facing difficulties together with Aby, Wendy has 0.75 damage rate, but with Aby it becomes 1.155, nearly as most characters. Willow is more powerful than Bernie, and Wendy and Aby helps each other.

I'm not sure what you mean by "OP"?

Abigail already heals over time AND has her healing elixers that are much more effective than the healing the player has access to themselves.

Pierogi spam would be a fast healing option but still wouldnt save her against bearger or any other boss that she already cant tank

Plus if you're using that equipment, any hits you take hurt abigail instead, which means you're either giving her double damage and healing her mediocrely, or you're not dealing nearly as much damage to the boss and making the fight drag out much longer for no serious benefit.

Abigail has no armor, pierogis only heal 40, youd need 2 per deerclops hit or 3 per bearger hit, ignoring the double damage which would make it 4 and 5 respectively.

Abigail has better healing options, this armor makes much more sense as a anti-ruins choice than for trying to use it against any boss, and id still rather just wear armor myself instead of making abigail take full damage for something id only take 1/5th damage of, while using up my limited player healing at much worse effectiveness instead of making abigail her own healing
