QOL - Heavi-Watt Conductive Joint Plate

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if players could benefit from being allowed to build blocks next to "Heavi-Watt Conductive Joint Plate" and "Heavi-Watt Joint Plate", please. I often find myself having to replace or move joint plates around in scenarios involving air-tight rooms or otherwise controlled gas environments. Since the adjacent to the joint plates cells can't be effectively sealed at the moment, these little operations turn into large projects requiring a lot of micro-management.

Another idea is to build joint plates exclusively over existing blocks, as an 'enhancement' to them. This could be similar to the concept of Oil Wells, which can be only built on top of Oil Reservoirs. That way, the problem of sealing "replacement sites" goes away, since only the joint plate must be deconstructed while the block that carries it stays in place.

And as a bonus, it adds another QOL improvement - better heat and material management, e.g. a Heavi-Watt Wire running in/out a fully heat-insulated room.
