I LOOOOVE the concept of wortox’s skill tree

Whoever at klei came up with the idea of having the naughty/nice balance let it be known I am so jealous I’m not as creative as you!!!!  I love the idea so much it’s so cool and interesting but also really fitting for wortox as a character and aughhh it’s just so perfect!!

I can’t say anything about the specific individual skills yet but you struck gold with the overarching tree itself. 
If I ever end up in game dev and am making a game with skill trees let it be known I WILL steal this idea I just love it so much!!

Thanks for making the nerfs something we still have to bs our way through. Love that making him get a slight bump in combat will make me lose value to the team as a healer.

That or screw me for eating. Still not nice enough to eat normal food. The bigger nerf is bad. Reward the player for aligning with one side, it makes it make sense that he gets a weak alignment perk that way. Just take away that nerf.

Sorry goblin, I want to say that I agree with you that the concept is really cool. I think changing the gameplay a little based on what side you lean twords on your perks sounds really interesting. I didn't mean any of that as an attack on you, and I'm genuinely sorry for writing it in any way that could feel like it was directed at you. The specifics are really what I'm unhappy with. I think it limits what skills you should pick to avoid the nerfs, when I would have preferred it to incentivise me to explore perks I would have overlooked. I don't like that if you choose to lean into nice, tents and sleeping bags just become worse. The options I would see are more mob farming, or get stuck in combat against shadow creatures more. More combat makes more damage, more damage more souls farming. Picking the combat gives you more damage against mobs, so the lower healing will get you more souls quickly. It will take more souls to heal though, so your limited by spawners. If you want to correct for that, it will be most effective against hostile mobs, opening you up to more damage costing you more souls to heal. I think the buffs are interesting, but I think nerfing wortox even further is really annoying. It's going to be tedious, so you end having to take skills to mitigate. I think we'll see less diversity in what skills people pick because of it, and I think that's bad. I was excited for the skill tree to help reduce some of his negatives, and to catch him up with the other survivors. Ive put hundreds of hours into the game with wortox as my main, and I've been excited for his skill tree for years. This is a huge let down for me. I didn't mean to take any of it out on you goblin. Great name too, that's hilarious.
