Split screen PC

Almost 10 years of the game and there is no split screen option to play with 2 controls or keyboard + control at PC. Need to use mod for that and usually those mod get broken offen cause of updates. I wanna play with my wife at same PC for example and i know that many ppl look for this option too.

Not that it's what you were asking for exactly, but you could each have a PC or device to play on, and use Steam's Family Library Sharing to play together perhaps without having to re-buy a whole library of games?

Split screen is a kinda neat idea, though it doesn't scale, like having 8 player split screen wouldn't work so great XD Hard to justify creating it I think bro, but if someone made a mod for it, I hope the mod always gets updated, and/or the updates never break it!
