Give an option to disable Maxwell's extra comment when inspecting shadow stuff

I would love if there was a way to turn off the static comment that appears when Maxwell inspects shadow equipment. I adore the writing of the characters and regularly inspect everything new I pick up, but I really dislike how so many of Maxwell's quotes are followed by "My shadow puppets should be able to draw from its power..." because it really clutters up the screen and gets annoying very quickly. It is good to have for accessibility reasons in case someone is new to the game but right now I just find it pointless. So many other accessibility settings are optional like the scrapbook alerts, point of interest icons, the creature chat and even Wigfrid's umlauts so I really don't see why Maxwell's shadow comments also can't be added as an optional setting. It is a small thing I realize but I would be so unfathomably appreciative to have the option.

like to inspect stuff frequently to see what the character I'm playing as has to say about it. I can not think of a good way to implement something like this though.

It shouldn't it's own setting, since it is only for one of the characters. Maybe it could be associated with the tutorial tips loading screen setting? A bit clunky to do that in my opinion...

The quotes were added before the scrapbook was a thing, so maybe the quotes could be removed entirely and added to the scrapbook in some way instead?

This could also likely be solved pretty easily with a mod. I couldn't find any mods that did this from a search, but maybe modding it out would be the best solution.
