Ohan
The rationalization that these crops are bigger in size irl hence the smaller stack size is imo not worth the negative gameplay implications. pumpkins: 20 x 37.5 hunger = 750 hunger. corn: 40 x 25 hunger = 1000 hunger. pumpkins are the highest hunger veg but theyre less space efficient than corn when u have to store ur harvest. Cooked eggplant: 20 x 25 hunger and 20 hp = 500 hunger, 400 hp. Cooked potato: 40 x 25 and 20 = 1000 hunger, 800 hp. Potatoes have space efficiency in their favor and WAY more superior crockpot recipes, leaving eggplants completely in the dust, why? I included watermelons and durians for consistency’s sake since i dont really ever grow them. ————— ideally crops and crop crockpot dishes would receive a rebalance across the board so each crop has a unique stat gain distribution without duplicates like cooked potato and eggplant. And also buffs to the bad crop crockpot recipes and new ones especially for the ones that dont have one yet like carrots and pomegranate. GimplyGoose
I would like to see some more stat variety between the different crops (minor tweaks). I'm not sold on a total rework of crops since inevitably a new crop meta would emerge with similar issues to the current crop meta.
