default priority

maybe i`m playing wrong, but before i setup fully automated distribution i use to manually point a lot of tasks.
and most of the times i need them to be done immediately - so i have to change priority before or after task is given (in both cases i want it to be not default 5).
it`s like mop 99% is 9, sweep 70% is 9, when i pick priority tool is obviously more times i want it to be 9 then 5 etc.
it`s ok to be default 5 because game don`t know what i want at first time, but why doesn't game remember the priority i used last time? that would avoid a lot of unnecessary clicking.
