Question about Skill Trees in Console

I had a problem with corrupted data  That was crash my video game entire (which I believe came from DST itself due to a corrupted save) on the PS5 and I saw on the PlayStation website that I had to delete the game to solve it. And I think it solved it. (I think) But, there is a problem when deleting the game on the PS5, I asked for everything you've done, skills, recipes, plants. I don't have PSN at the moment, and I don't know when I'll get it again. I know that my skins are saved on Klei server. My question is if I activate PSN again, will the skill trees, recipes I've done and plants I've planted come back like the skins or will I have to start all over again?

*There is a print of the corrupted save, it is in Portuguese, which I am Brazilian.

From what I understand skill trees, recipes and whatnot are tied with the games files itself which is why they would be deleted. I do not think the psn would add any files or store any files of that sort. 

In short awnser no it shouldn't return that stuff.

Skill trees can be stored online.

My insight points were saved from PC account to my switch account.

However I had to unlock the locked skills again like the affinity skills and wigfrids resurrection song. They didn't carry over.
