Cannot get into the game

We are two players using the Nintendo Switch. At first, we had no problems, we got into multiple worlds and all was great. Soon after the latest upgrade, we are having great difficulty getting into the game. It keeps closing with a very generic error:” The software was closed because an error occurred”. We had made no changes to our router, or game counsel, exempt for the fame software upgrade. Sometimes we need to retry 10 times, which means a great deal of time since each time it tries means probably about five or more minutes. We love the game, but it is becoming unbearable to get into the game, we tried creating a new world, and it would let us in until trouble trouble-free until around day 30. The current world that we have the most trouble getting in is on the day around the day 183, set to local only characters are Wurt and Wigfrid. One thing that we noticed that might not mean anything... Everytime we manage to login into this world, all our things are on the ground, and that only happens on this particular world. Right nownmunsonnhas tried 10 times without success.. Can anyone help?
