How to fix map in disable road map?

Hey there

So I recently saw a mod which disables a road in already existing world but in the players map there is a black line (( where roads supposed to be )) 

Does anyone have an idea how to solve it? 

I know that you can disable roads in new worlds but I want to remove them from my previously generated world
