Make Shadow Pieces summonable every day when in Cave

The newly introduced Shadow Axe needs a shadow atrium to craft. But this item is hard to obtain as it drops from a 3-tier shadow piece that can only be summoned every 20 days, which is inconvenient for players. I think it could be better if we could summon shadow pieces every day in the caves, where the power of Moon cannot reach.

As currently method, you can instantly trigger a new moon by killing the Celestial Champion.

But it would be good if there was an easier way, or a way to avoid having to wait 20 days for the shadow pieces before getting the Celestial Champion.

Maybe there could be shadow meter for certain events to happen or for now shadow pieces. A new moon would make the shadow meter full so shadow pieces can spawn, maybe shadow events like rifts, ancient fuel weaver defeat, or something else could also influence this meter. Just an idea.

I just realized the shadow atrium is kind of like the equivalent to the spark ark with while you need rifts for one, the other you just have to wait 20 days and you could just farm it.
