Explain "lifetime" or replace it with "both active period and dormant period" at STRINGS.UI.BUILDINGEFFECTS.TOOLTIPS.GEYSER_YEAR_AVR_OUTPUT in po/ui.po

In po/ui.po file, there's a word "lifetime" regarding a geyser:

It is not only confusing but also hard to translate, because the word "lifetime" is not used at any other parts of the game, except for the "this" at the next line.

I guess this means the total of "active period and dormand period combined" in the code base, but I don't think players need to understand how it's implemented.

I believe it can be simply removed, such as "This geyser emits an average of {average} of {element}, considering both active periods and dormant periods."
