Memetan
When I think about beefalos I would like to use them to carry heavy stuff or at least part of my inventory, but they can't. Thinking about what new shadow rift crafts can KLEI add, I thought about why not to make a saddle for beefalos with Dark Tatters that allow them to have inventory? (and also planar defense for the sake of rift content) It would work similar to Big Woby. But is a Walter perk to have a mount with inventory, well, now in late game all character have the choice to make one too, also allowing Walter to have 2 mounts with inventory. I just think we need more "good" shadow rift crafts and give some love and more utility to the beefalos, so I combined them. BabaFisi
I like this. It’s like the Mule/Donkeys in Minecraft, but balanced in a way that’d fit Don’t Starve. It’d also give more recipes to the (honestly sparce) shadow side crafts, and more options for Beefalo Riding in Endgame. Storage on the go, while a bit rare with the Krampus Sack, is still a problem, and I think this would fix it. Creatingabe1125
Like the idea, but I think it would make more sense if it connected to the shadow chest network instead, gives you more inventory, more shadow theme like, and access to the shadow network without Chester or Maxwell.
