A unique idea for Crab King

This isn’t another ask from someone to change how gems affect Crab King. I think Klei did a fine job with the Rework, but I have a few additions that I think would make Crab King a little more interesting.

1. Sea Weeds have an impact on the fight if planted on the Sea Stacks.

The Sea Weed method being removed made me sad, because it was my favorite way of beating Crab King. So here’s my suggestion of how they could be used in the fight:

When Crab King is awoken, and there are Sea Stacks with Sea Weeds on them, those Sea Stacks are turned into Cannons that are clogged with the Sea Weeds, meaning that with enough Sea Weeds, you can clog all of Crab King’s Cannons before the fight even starts.

The Sea Weeds would eventually give out, but they would still drop the Sea Weed Starters, allowing for an easier fight if you put in the extra effort. And if you wait long enough for the Sea Weeds to grow to their full size, they will attack Crab King for disturbing them.

2. The Ice Platform is a bit more forgiving.

it’s annoying that you can basically be insta killed if you don’t get off the Ice Platform in time. And it’s also annoying that you can’t place Grass Rafts/Boats to get off the ice platform, because of all the ice that drops.

This could be fixed by either making Crab King’s ice platform no longer drop ice, OR, making it so the Ice Boats are more durable and longer lasting when fighting Crab King, thus, making it so that Grass Rafts/Extra Boats aren’t needed!

I get overall they did well with the rework, but other blue and and technically iridescent gems none of the gem abilities make sense with the gems
